It could have been a nightmare project, but MSL were organized, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They had tons of helpful advice right from the start in planning the new layout, which included replacing load-bearing walls with new beams, reconfiguring basement plumbing, and more.
During construction, they were very proactive, letting us know about opportunities to correct or upgrade things to save money or heartache down the road. Lots of information and answers to questions, but no pressure.
Even as we wrapped up the job and moved in, MSL were very responsive and moved quickly to address the minor issues that came up (natural on such an extensive project). We always felt that we were in expert hands, well-supported with high-quality, knowledgeable service.
Even beyond our interactions directly with MSL, every subcontractor that was brought in showed the same professionalism, quality, and attention to detail that MSL had set the bar for. We would not hesitate to work with any of them again on any project, big or small. Our renovation has been a dream from start to finish, and we are so, so happy with the final result! -

(December 17, 2021, 7:07 pm)After months of failed attempts at getting our yard flattened so we could install a skating rink this winter I decided to try MSL Construction. I didn't know if they would be able to help as they are in Leduc and I am out in Sturgeon County. Not only did I get a response right away and got the actual work done right away as well, it was done to a T and for much MUCH less than anybody else quoted!
150% recommend Stu at MSL to get your work done. -

We are extremely pleased with how easy they were to deal with throughout the process, and how everything turned out. We would highly recommend them!

First being that MSL has had a decent reputation and from the outcome of our first experience with them it was an easy decision as we were very pleased. Our basement reno was completed and we were extremely happy with the work that was done, the professional service that was provided from the entire MSL team. MSL certainly has our seal of approval and we would recommend them without hesitation.
