(November 3, 2022, 12:27 am)This gym offers up skilled and supportive coaches that not only support the body, but also the mind. I cannot express how much I appreciate their ability to individualize a person's training needs to their goals even within a group training session. Never is a class boring but always changing day to day and planned for a full body workout spanning over the week. I would not trade my experiences with these coaches or my fellow workout classmates for any other gym. Such a great place to find on my journey to become healthier and stronger!

They’re always educating and encouraging their members from a place of love. Joining this gym is joining a family. All the members are supportive and so much fun. All fitness levels and ages feel welcome!!!! The instructors meet you exactly where you are at, building confidence and strength with each class. Hands down THE BEST!

These coaches are top notch trainers with an abundance of knowledge in every crook and cranny of complete health and wellness…..HONEST, well rounded, practical, real life mental and physical health. Lacombe is lucky to have these ladies!!!! And I’m thankful for the space they’ve provided!! Would recommend Iron Lab to anyone of all fitness levels!!

(October 25, 2022, 2:47 am)Love this place SO much! The support, knowledge and passion shows in all they do. I’ve never had the same workout twice and I leave each time feeling so accomplished. There are folks from every fitness level & the coaches on the floor take time for that. They are a wealth of information when it comes to your body, the workouts and nutrition BUT they are also very humble and down to earth. I really can’t say enough about this little hidden gem in Lacombe ❤️

They CARE about you and your journey. They go the extra mile and you ALWAYS feel welcome.
I love it here. On the coldest mornings of the year what they have built is enough for me to get out of bed at 6am in
-30 Alberta weather.
Trust me you wanna be a part of this regardless of your fitness level. See you at the lab.
