(April 15, 2023, 12:14 am)Our family was visiting from Ontario and decided to give Lokal in Blackfalds, Alberta a try based on the five star reviews. Well let me say, Lokal has the best fried chicken we ever tasted, in fact it was so good we ordered from Lokal a couple times a day trying new dishes and they didn’t disappoint. Service was awesome and we were always greeted with a smile. We highly recommend giving Lokal Kitchen Express a try … it’s just so good.

(March 5, 2023, 2:59 am)Literally the best chicken I have ever had. IThe skin on the chicken is so light and crispy. Fries are seasoned just right!
Have no idea how you do it but I don't even feel slow and gross after eating this chicken like other places!
The mustard sauce is to die for that you'll want to buy the jar! -

(January 22, 2023, 11:56 pm)We love the fried chicken at Lokal and the bulgogi is delicious. We got the hungry couple for 4 people and it was just right. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I've had alot so far in Central Alberta and I can say without a doubt this is the place I look forward to returning to the most and its the place I will always recommend first. The Lokal crispy chicken, Volcano and S.Korea fried chicken is without equal. Always fried fresh to order and absolutely packed with flavor. They use enormous peices of chicken and the batter is so crisp and crunchy.
