Daily check in was valuable in keeping me on track, meal plan made grocery shopping easy and having my coach available anytime was reassuring to answer any questions I had. Due to knee injuries I was cautious of some workout movements but was shown modified ones I could do which made all the difference. I LOVED the workouts! Never a same one twice, and it was great to get a full body work out in 40 minutes where I felt like I had really worked out. I started seeing amazing results after the first week as my body started to transform. I was so impressed after the first month that I bought an 18 month membership. Going strong!
