(October 31, 2023, 10:34 am)This was one of the most breathtaking lakes my wife and I have ever seen. The colours of the lake and the surrounding scenery was truly amazing. The viewing area was very crowded but there were still plenty of photo opportunities. There were so many highlights on our trip across Canada this was by far one of the best.

(October 10, 2023, 6:14 am)Breathtaking views of the lake from the viewing platform. Highly recommend to walk past the signboard to an unmarked, unpaved level path (not the one leading down to the lake) where a 10min walk leads to even better and higher views with very few visitors.

(September 30, 2023, 11:51 am)Visited this lake on our way to Jasper from Lake Louise. Definitely worth the stop and short easy walk. Parking was easy and the well maintained trail is short. The walk and viewing platforms can get busy with loads of people but everyone just took their photos and kept moving along allowing everyone to take in the view and get photos. Definitely spend some time at the lookout and read the information boards. Absolutely stunning colour and views! Celine - Sydney, Australia
