Located in the Juniper Inn, this lovely restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, and dinner.
Our server Jeremy was attentive and knowledgeable. He recommended the delicious Alpine Melt, which came with yummy roasted potatoes. We also had the Juniper Burger, which was a thick beef patty with all the trimmings and the roasted potatoes.
The view of the mountains was exquisite! -

(July 26, 2023, 8:02 pm)We have complimentary breakfast at the Fairmont Banff Springs but we decided to go and experience the brunch with the view. It was an amazing experience specially with Shayla's extra mile service. She deliver more than we expect and this restaurant is lucky to have such an incredible worker like her. The food here is delicious, kudos to the chef and the price is very reasonable. A must visit and recommended dine in experience..💞

(July 26, 2023, 7:42 pm)Fantastic views from our table. No waiting on a weekday early afternoon. Service was good. The food was also good but could have been better. The shrimp was overcooked and the rabbit was a bit tough with a bone left in. Overall it was a wonderful way to enjoy our meal on the patio. We would eat here again.

(July 11, 2023, 12:27 am)Very nice views albeit with a bit of highway noise on the patio, however the brunch food was hit or miss - tried the salmon eggs benedict, Juniper eggs benedict, avocado toast, and stuffed French toast. The salmon and French toast were good but the juniper Benny’s sweet sauce and deep fried dough didn’t go well with the rabbit. Juniper tea was nice as well. Will come back to try their other menus but for now 4/5.

(July 4, 2023, 7:47 pm)We came here for brunch on a beautiful sunny day. We lucked out with seating in the patio overlooking highway 1 with a view of Banff Springs Hotel.
My wife chose the Salmon Benny, which she said was cooked perfectly.
I ordered the Juniper Burger with Potato Hash. The burger was delicious and plenty juicy. The flavors complimented each other. My wife took a bite and agreed with my enthusiasm. The potato hash was perfectly cooked and reminded me of roast potatoes. They somehow got the crispy and tenderness combination down perfectly. I ate my hash and everyone else's.
My kids had the Kids Eggs Your Way and the Kids French Toast. The eggs were ordered scrambled and came out perfectly. I normally don't eat eggs and found myself enjoying the couple bites I took. My wife mentioned that the French Toast was very good.
Overall, our family really enjoyed our meals here and wished we came sooner!
