(June 2, 2023, 9:13 pm)The tea service at The Fairmont Banff Springs is truly an experience to be savored. The views from the bar are spectacular and the food and service are likewise amazing. Relax and be pampered. Every bite of food was something special, the teas so enjoyable, and the sparkling wine a perfect accompaniment.

The first was for dinner but since they did not have any gluten free options that was good for dinner so we left and went somewhere else.
The second time was for wine and cheese. It is the perfect ambiance and setting to hangout with friends and meet new people.
I realize dinner is not their forte because there are other restaurant choices that offer dinner so If anything, come here for lunch.
The lunch food selection is better than dinner . -

(May 6, 2023, 3:43 am)4.5 overall. Great attentive service. Had a small bite plate of the chicken liver mousse at $25 and it was very worthwhile for the cost. You get great views while being in a very relaxing well kept environment. They also have a hidden bar here...;)

(May 5, 2023, 4:30 am)The afternoon tea experience was fabulous! This was my first time and WOW. The teas were incredible, we even bought some of the special jasmine tea to take home. The food was excellent and the desserts were to die for. Our server was Pilar. She was one of the best servers I have ever had and we travel all over the world. So descriptive, friendly and attentive. I can't wait to come back again!

(February 27, 2022, 4:23 pm)I’ve been here at least five (5) times now and I absolutely love this place. So many good spots to hang out in and the staff were very accommodating. In addition to the location, the ambiance, the unbeatable views and the vast drink menu, the staff were impressively attentive and the bartenders have made numerous customized drinks for us over the course of our visits. I highly recommend sitting in the parlor room by the fireplace, especially on cold winter nights. Then try the spicy jalapeño margarita. It’s not on the menu, but you’ll love it! Thanks Rundle Bar for some great nights!
