(August 22, 2023, 7:24 am)My review is for the quality of Banff related tshirts they sell. Wish I was here before I rushed and bought the typical lower quality shirts from souvenir shops. The Banff national park tshirts here are of very soft and nicer quality with great earthy tone colors.

(July 17, 2023, 11:22 pm)The customer service is not how it should be for a tourist place. They don’t have clear information about shuttle service online as well as at their service counter. We waited for an one hour at pick up point without any status. We also missed our scheduled Banff gondola ride because shuttle driver didn’t know the route. The service providers at the Gondola centre accommodated us to the next available tour.
Overall, it’s good for pre booking your tours but not for 24hrs or less. -

(August 23, 2022, 7:33 pm)Very easy to book online. Had availability while other options did not. Greatly enjoyed Minnewanka Lake cruise and the Banff Gondola. Key point- parking lot at gondola was extremely limited, and cars ahead of us were being turned away, however having a time reserved allowed us to park there no problem.

(July 23, 2022, 7:23 pm)Brewster’s Pursuit Banff is the best bus company around. We chartered a bus for our destination wedding to show our guests the beautiful Icefields Parkway and Glacier Walk. Pursuit planned it all for us. Bob, our bus driver, was full of local knowledge and kept us engaged the entire day. He made sure to drop us off so we didn’t have long walks and could fit in more stops. What a day!
