Rented snowboards and boots here for a trip and left a little late which wouldve gotten us past the closing time… but the STAFF, Martin and Jordan, were amazing 💯 we called in that we were going to be late and the boys held it down and waited for us. Sam, if youre reading this, you gotta give them a promotion, a raise, or an all-inclusive resort stay in Mexico. Cant say anything more than a great iob all around 🙌🏽 -

(March 24, 2023, 12:42 am)Incredibly helpful group of people there, especially Jordan. They got me set up fairly quickly with all the gear I needed, which was all in great shape and really affordable. Can't recommend them enough, really friendly and helpful.

(January 8, 2022, 7:45 pm)My family went skiing for the first time in our lives this past winter. Sam and the crew at Chateau mountain sports took their time with my family, and I appreciate it. Their shop is super conveniently located inside the Fairmont Banff Springs and the Fairmont Lake Louise. If you are staying at either of these hotels, there is no reason to rent anywhere else. They are a great company.
