We built with Landover Homes 4 years ago. Building a house was a new experience for us and Kerry walked us through all the details. When we requested some changes during the process Kerry was happy to implement them. Everything was done on time and the finished product is of high quality. Everyone that visits us compliments our home. Post build Kerry is easy to deal with for any warranty issues that arise and ensures any problem is properly fixed. Jared and Amanda, Fort Saskatchewan.

Our experience with Kerry, our custom home builder was without a doubt amazing. The quality of our home is top notch where no there were no shortcuts, in fact, Kerry would go the extra mile to ensure superior quality every step of the way. He was very fair with the pricing and worked with us patiently when we needed to make changes throughout the home building process. This was a rewarding experience for us and we are now in our perfect forever home! Kerry at Landover Homes is the standard that all home builders should be measured against.

When we were presented with a problem in our home, our first call was to Kerry. Kerry took on our issue both willingly and professionally ensuring that the repairs were to his high standards and ours. He brought in extra resources to identify the issue. We are very happy with the work that was done as our beautiful home has now been restored.
