(March 1, 2022, 12:37 am)I like to feel pampered when I get my nails done. The last few times at Adore, I have not felt that way. I feel rushed to pick my colors. In my opinion, they try to cram too many people in, leaving their nail ladies rushing to get finished with one customer to move on to the next. I didn't like how my nails turned out, but with other customers waiting, there really wasn't time to have them fixed. I will go back to get them fixed, but that will be the end of my business for Adore Nails.
***I called Adore Nails this morning and explained that I was not happy with my nails. I was able to get in this afternoon to get them changed. My thanks to Adore Nails for addressing my concerns and making things right. I understand that being busy is good, but not at the expense of losing customers. Thank you Kim for your good work. In light of my concerns being addressed, Adore Nails will continue to get my business. Thank you Adore Nails. -
