Yesterday, I was a volunteer care aid for a dear friend, and had the great pleasure of meeting Roberto, our HandiBus driver for the day. His care and patience with us as we traveled several times together was remarkable. It was my first time experiencing HandiBus service from a passenger point of view, and I have a greater understanding and appreciation of the level of assistance and attention involved in a successful trip. I was very impressed with his calm and positive energy. He has a special way about him. His kind and thoughtful approach is much needed in this world.
