(February 25, 2023, 2:49 am)Amber’s expertise in the field of mindfulness, yoga and energy work (to name a few) have been extremely beneficial for our entire family. Rocky Ridge Retreat and its incredible surroundings offers a beautiful backdrop to re-tune, recondition and reset! The last few years have been tough on many, and the tools and techniques Amber shares pave the path towards ‘pressing the pause button’ more often. Not only is Amber at the forefront of this movement, she has helped our family to thrive at work and at home by teaching us that the best way to speed up is to actually slow down.

Amber has such a calming presence and is extremely knowledgeable in mindfulness. My children and I have benefited from the various sessions and camps Amber has offered over the years. Her new location, Rocky Ridge Retreat, is exactly that! A beautiful space that overlooks the Rocky Mountains and rolling hills. She has created both an indoor and outdoor area that allows for comfort, discussion and exploration. Taking a class or enrolling in a camp is a must!!
