(May 31, 2022, 12:17 am)This is my relaxation spot. I usually go there for photography and listening to birds. I sit there shooting birds while enjoying the sounds and fresh air of the lake. Do not forget your insects repelants. Mosquitos are hige here.

(May 13, 2021, 5:12 am)We visited for the first time on May 12, 2021. Amazing amount of birds, and there is a squadron, or pouch, of pelicans staying here currently. Lots of yellow headed black birds and various pipers, ducks, and gulls. A bird watcher's paradise. We can't wait to go back. Bring shoes meant to get muddy, a good zoom lens, and dress for the weather. Highly recommend.
