Diligent in their work which they completed in the time which was promised. Adaptable when they ran into a few unanticipated situations. Excellent clean-up when the job was done. I highly recommend Window Seal West in general and Vadim and his partner in particular.

They were efficient, respectful, and communicated with us during the multi day project. I can also attest to the new windows excellently retaining heat.

(December 1, 2021, 5:38 pm)The order was delayed considerably but due to reasons out of their control (Covid and supply chain). The sales person, project manager that did final measurements on site, and the installers were all professional, friendly, and great to deal with. Only area for improvement for the company would be on communicating to the customer about delays and providing updates. I always had to call them to get any type of update on delivery dates. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to renovate and replace with high quality product.
