MR Engineering has been working with Fekete Homes since 6 years now. We provide for them structural engineering services and soil testing. The team is one of the nicest of clients we have on board. They are professional and gives enough heads up before requesting for any services. Their homes look great. From design to finishing, a great touch of mastery. They involve the home buyers in the complete process, design to build. We will definitely recommend to connect with them to make your dream house.

We had previous experience with a larger home builder for our first home and it was quite stressful, so we were hesitant to build a new home again. However, there was nothing in the market that we liked, so we decided to build again. This is our first time dealing with a custom home builder and the experience was night and day in comparison to our previous builder. They are professional and knowledgeable. They were patient with us during the design phase as we never designed a house before. They were not pushy and try to rush us to sign off on the design. They were willing to take the time and come up with a floor plan that meets our needs. They explained everything to us clearly in a way that a customer would understand. During construction, we had opportunities to view the progress and ensure that the house is coming along as planned. If changes were needed, they would let us know and keep us in the loop. We got possession of our house on time. The service we received from Fekete Homes was beyond our expectation. The quality of the home and the workmanship is top notch as well. At the one year warranty work, there were hardly any deficiencies which is rare. From our past experience and other people’s experiences with building a home, there are usually many issues and concerns to address and fix. However, that was not the case with Fekete Homes. We could barely find anything wrong with it. We even hired a home inspection to check since we may not be familiar with what to look for. Even the home inspection was able to attest to the quality of work and commented that we found an excellent home builder. We are extremely happy with our home and are pleased to have Fekete Homes be a part of it. We would recommend Fekete Homes to anyone looking for an exceptional service and quality home builder.
