Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job guiding us through our home buying process. He has many years of experience, and passion and knowledge for real estate really came through in our home viewings. He was able to really help us make an informed decision on our purchase, pointing out things we would have completely missed. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new home, and found us some great listings to review. He also guided us through some tough negotiations by giving us all the tools we needed to make a prudent offer. Also did a great job communicating with our real estate broker, lawyer, and seller's agent to make the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Jason is an absolutely fantastic person to work with, and a few months into our new home, we couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase our house and take that journey with him. I would highly recommend!
