His increasing disability and decreased strength and mobility made having a hospital style bed for him necessary. When we contacted Duane Gagne, we found him to be accessible, understanding, and very helpful in guiding us on the purchase of a repurposed hospital style bed. Duane delivered and set up the bed at the care facility, and serviced it when needed. Recently, he also assisted our efforts to address an upgrade for an alternating pressure air mattress which was needed to minimize pressure sores. Duane is a very understanding, helpful and compassionate person – easy to work with. We appreciate his attention to detail and his desire to help us in our time of need. Thank you Duane for your caring and compassionate service!

(June 9, 2019, 3:24 am)I had called Duane to look at a bed I had bought from a guy. It wasn’t working properly. He looked at and determined that is was broken and needed at least 700.00 in repairs. I knew the bed was used but didn’t think it would be broken. The guy I bought it from wouldn’t return my call. I then bought a refurbished bed from Duane that was better suited for my mom. I would recommend him for his honesty and expertise. Buyer beware of some of the ads on Kiji.
