(April 24, 2022, 3:46 pm)We moved to the neighborhood about a year ago and have become regular customers at popowich. The steaks are always amazing. I especially like that on days I feel like celebrating there are often wagu steaks that taste heavenly. Definitely the best place in town for steak.

Needed a specific chicken for hubby's birthday and he happily obliged, had it ready fresh the day promised, AND threw in a free birthday pickle. Warm, clean, inviting shop. A total gem in yeg!

(January 3, 2022, 5:48 pm)Excellent butcher! Had their ribeye steaks and Cumberland and spicy pesto sausages. The steaks were very tender and the sausages had a great flavour. Wonderful service. Will definitely be going back.
