I signed up for this course to gain knowledge to move on to the next level in my organization. I have so many golden nuggets to share with my co-workers. I really enjoyed the behavioral styles segment of the seminar and learning how best to adapt my style to fit my office dynamic. As a bonus upon completion of the course, I received APC certification.
Upon recently completing the APC course in Miami, FL, I can say it absolutely exceeded my expectations! My initial purpose of attending was of course the certification. Upon completion? It was the last thing on my list. Paul (Dr.) Douglas, James, Tom, and Sabrina (on-site coordinator) all did an excellent job of providing the sold out conference an amazing experience! Recommend this to all! Not just Administrative Professionals!

l attended the P.A Douglas effective management leadership course in Banff in March 2019. I honestly have to say that it was the best seminar that I have been to. Paul and his son, Tim were excellent speakers and they instilled in not only myself, but many others that there are different ways of managing different types of people within an organization.
