We fell in love with our forever home, but securing it came with a few hurdles. 1 - we had to sell our home first, 2 - it was winter time, 3 - some challenges within the negotiations and offer. We were out of town property owners living in Vancouver. Being in Vancouver, we needed as much support as possible. Leanna supported from the beginning right up until closing day. She connected us with her network to get our unit set up for the market including a photographer, painter, cleaner, and lawyer. Leanna also followed up at a second’s notice when we were not available to answer questions. You never want to miss a call when trying to sell property, so we were really grateful to have Leanna be our liaison. Her network was reliable and professional; every person we encountered were friendly and timely. Everyone kept us up to date on their progress which was extremely helpful in planning the next steps from afar.

Leanna always kept us updated when the condo market turned through the summer and Fall. She successfully negotiated 1 offer with a back up to secure our sale, and gave us all the information to make decisions in our best interest. At one point we faced the chance of losing the deal due to the buyer not getting financing approved before condition removal.
