(August 4, 2021, 5:21 pm)I simply cannot rave enough about the customer service here. Sales Rep Matt has been absolutely extraordinary for us, going above and beyond. Not just trying to land a sale with us, even after we had purchased a couple of machines, he was there for us a drop of a hat to answer any questions we had. We recently had one of our new machines stolen, and Matt was just a text message away on a weekend doing everything he could to not just help locate our machine through the GPS tracking, but going out of his way to help set us up with equipment so that we didnt lose a day of revenue due to stolen equipment. Thank you Brandt and Thank you Matt for going the extra mile for us! You have a customer for life!
