She was extremely helpful and took time to explain the process to us as we were first time home owners. She was very knowledgeable, organized and easy to get in contact with whenever we had any questions. The entire process was very smooth and our final product was well-built and exactly how we imagined. We were impressed with the entire process and will hopefully be working with Blackstone again in the future.
