The price is right. I will definitely refer my friends to him. I highly recommend him for future house inspection. -

He looked at absolutely every detail and was able to recommend next steps and rough estimates for any items to fix. He provided a thorough report right away. (August 15, 2021, 2:55 pm)Dominik was amazing! He scheduled us in last minute as we required a home inspection completed rather quickly. He paid close attention to detail and explained any deficiencies he noticed in language we could understand. He has a great sense of humour and provides you with your completed report in a timely manner. He told us if we ever fixed any of the issues ourselves he would come out again for free and inspect the work. All in all he is an amazing and passionate inspector! He empowered us to go back to the table with a strong counter offer on the house. He definitely does not work for realtors trying to close a deal, he works for the buyer and wants them to make an educated and informed decision regarding their purchase. At the end of the day, my husband and I walked away from the house Dominick inspected based on some very concerning items coming up in the inspection. Definitely recommend dominik! Oh and one smaller thing I noticed - he ALWAYS answered his phone when I called. I never had to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.

He's very thorough and caught many things that I missed during my first walk through. As we were going through the house, he also took the time to explain to me what he was checking for and why.The inspection report was very well laid out, had plenty of photos and was easy to understand. Overall Dom's a personable guy who clearly cares about his business and clients.
