I have given this business 3 stars instead of 5 because the staff are very friendly, and I have always been happy with my pedicure/manicure services at this location, however, I have had poor customer service experience with their loyalty stamp card system.

I was presented with a stamp card at my first appt which had no expiry date on it, and had the opportunity for $15 off, $25 off, and than a free pedicure once you've secured enough stamps. This card was the sole reason that I go to this location, and bring my friends, and family here for every pedicure so that I could eventually work my way to a free pedicure. Recently, I finally got to the $15 off milestone, and they gave me the $15 off, but then took my stamp card away, and presented me a new one in which I had to start from scratch. I asked for my old one back, and said I didn't want a new one, I wanted to continue with my current one so that I could work my way towards $25 off, and than eventually a free pedicure. They took a sharpie, and drew a black line through my card, and put an expiry date on it of that current day so that I could not use it again next time, and will now never get the opportunity for the $25 off, and free pedicure I was working towards.

I agree with another customers comment below that it seems they give out these cards for marketing purposes, but when it comes time to honour the promotion it is like we’re causing them grief, and they don't honour it.

The staff are all very nice and pleasant at this location, they get us in right away for a walk in appointment and I’ve always been happy with the pedicures I’ve gotten.

The only feedback I have is that with the stamp cards, they seem to have a hard time honouring the perks that are listed. My card had a box indicating “free” and when I presented it to them, they first said the card was no longer valid (although the expiry said 2023) and then said they could only offer me $15 off.

I will say that in the end, they did end up honouring the free pedicure and the ladies apologized for any inconvenience which I truly appreciate.

I have had this type of thing happen with the cards at this location before with some friends and family members which has been a bit frustrating. It seems they want to give out these cards for marketing purposes but when it comes time to honour the promotion it seems as though we’re causing them some sort of grief. The stamp cards are a great idea so I hope it’s less of a process to claim the promotion going forward. Otherwise, I really do love getting my nails done at this location, and the staff have otherwise been so great!

Visited at 2pm on a Sunday and the salon was not busy. I was promptly sat and given nail color swatches for my shellac polish. The salon was clean and well maintained with clear partitions separating the techs desks. All the techs wear wearing masks when I came in and continued wearing them the whole time I was there. My nails look beautiful and I am especially happy that I went from a dark red to light pale pink and not a hint of red was left. She was gentle and did not file my nails too much and was attentive to my nail beds and dry skin around my nails. Seriously 10/10 for this place!

My wife’s shellac very well done by a Lan. Super delicate while removing old shellac. My wife is super happy with her service and she would come back again. However I did a regular manicure with a guy. It was a sloppy job as he only soak one hand and not the other??? So the cuticle and dear skin for that hand wasn’t properly remove Not sure why he would do one but not the other one. Then I always like to apply clear on my nails. When I ask to apply clear he didn’t even remove the old one so my nails looked patchy. And the whole process took under 6 minutes.

Overall really nice place for ladies to get her shellac done. I will give it a try next time with a different person.
