The blended (online and live) learning style was perfect for those with a busy schedule and accommodates those who need more or less time to understand the material. Lindsay was a fantastic, engaging instructor whose use of real-life examples taught me new information (even after having taken the course before). The equipment used was high quality and gave life feedback and I feel more confident to be able to prepare and aid for an emergency.

(March 15, 2022, 7:26 pm)My instructor Leah was awesome! She kept the day interesting and fun, was super helpful with all my questions, and had a great attitude the whole time. I especially liked that I was able to book a blended course allowing me to do half online, which worked great with my schedule. Will definitely book with Big Hearts again when I need to do my re-cert!
