University Tender Loving Daycare

I have worked here as an Early Childhood Educator for over 4 years now. I like that my education and life experiences with children are valued by my colleagues and that we consult with one another often for ideas or suggestions regarding the children's development and learning. We also appreciate the feed-back from parents about their knowledge of their own children, which helps us to plan our program and to consider the children's needs as they play and learn.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since July 2020. It is very professional, extremely clean, excellent educated staff and above all my daughter loves it. Healthy meals provided and excellent positive learning environment. All staff are great with communication and as a parent you get daily updates/pictures on the Hi mama app. Management is excellent to discuss any questions or concerns you may have as a parent. Very approachable and positive caring staff. I’m extremely happy and confident knowing my daughter is enjoying and thriving that this daycare!!!

My son has been attending this daycare for nearly two years. The staff have become like family to him; it is evident that they care deeply for all of the children in their care. I am confident that he is in a safe, clean environment receiving nutritious meals, and look forward to my daughter joining UTLDC in the coming months.

My girls have attended this daycare for about 3 years. The staff are very nice, warm towards the kids and very professional. The daycare is very spacious, tidy and safe for both indoor learning and outside fun. The staff do well to update me constantly on the development of my girls. I am very satisfied and happy with the services, especially for their genuine care for the children. Due to their great service, I recommended the centre to a friend who enrolled his daughter and is also satisfied with their services. I will recommend the centre to any parent looking for quality daycare for their children.

This childcare centre is amazing all around. Even though my kids have only been attending this childcare centre only recently I am extremely happy with their program, their staff, and how happy my children are when they are leaving and how excited they are to go back.

I love that their staff are passionate about their jobs, the program and educational curriculum that the children are receiving makes me extremely happy, especially with the lack of education and structure my Kindergartner has been receiving due to COVID-19.
