He answered the phone the first time I called, gave me a rough quote, I texted him pictures of our site and within a day he booked a site measurement and confirmed the quote which came in somewhere in the middle of his earlier estimate and we booked the installation date. Then he contacted me to say they could get to our site sooner than expected and it was all taken care of in record time. The railings look great, at a very reasonable price. We will most definitely go to Rite-Way for our next project.

(June 5, 2021, 1:17 am)We needed a support stair railing for grandma on the front steps. The stairs had a unique landing between sets of treads and we were unsure what would work best. Stephan provided many options and was of great assistance in finding the perfect setup for our situation. The railings are very sturdy….excellent quality! I highly recommend this company!
