She is extremely fun to have a conversation with so workout sessions are never boring :) I look forward to training with her again soon!

She has a great positive attitude, so every session is filled with laughter and positivity which empowers you to work out even harder. She takes the time to understand and help you work towards your goals and makes each one of her clients feel important. Very professional coaching and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals (I lost over 30lbs thanks to her)! I really enjoyed my first couple of months training with Floriane online and eventually grew the confidence to go to her private studio. Highly recommend!

She really takes the time to explain each exercise and its function. She has also advised me on diet and lifestyle choices that have empowered me to lead a healthier life. Floriane is super friendly and always encouraging. I’ve felt consistently inspired and motivated with her help and I would highly recommend her training services to anyone interested in fitness!

(January 18, 2022, 2:27 am)Floriane is a great personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable about our bodies, about nutrition, and she respects a holistic approach which I super appreciate. Her home gym is cute. It's very easy to get to and has a positive environment. One of my favourite things about training with Floriane is that she works a lot, which means that I could always find a time to see her even with my busy schedule. She is also very personable and I love our conversations every time I see her. Thanks for always pushing me in the gym Floraine!

I am not very well versed in the fitness industry, and she is really patient when explaining the different weights and equipment and how they work to strengthen your body. Her attitude is very uplifting! I highly recommend her services.
