(November 7, 2021, 1:09 am)Great instructor who is informative with a down to earth attitude that is passionate in what he does, as it reflected from start to end in the course. I enjoyed the experiences he was able to express as it was real life situations he brought to our class. He makes it very intriguing, professional, fun and enjoyable to be in his class. If you're looking at taking First Aid for the first time, or a company who is looking for a "Well grounded" instructor that loves to educate, help and teach...this is you're guy! I highly recommend him and I plan on booking my next recertification with him in the future.

He is informative and always available to address any concerns or questions. Thank you Justin again for getting us re-certified! You’ll definitely see us again next year for renewal!

He used real life examples from his experience as a Paramedic and this made the experience more memorable and fun.

(September 12, 2020, 3:50 pm)I had the pleasure of attending Justin's CPR and First Aid training at Amazon. The training was very well laid in terms of theory and practicals. Justin is a thorough professional in his field and very passionate about his work and will go the extra mile to explain and run things with you in terms of real life scenarios and situations. The training was definitely an eye opener for me and has got me thinking more proactively and critically about potential situations around me. Also, all covid protocols are followed for his training. Had a very good experience and would definitely recommend him.

A friend suggested Team Lead, and I am very glad she did - this was honestly the best renewal experience I have had. Justin was fantastic to work with, extremely professional and personable. He was able to accommodate me on short notice, and was an excellent instructor, both thorough and patient. As well, I was very pleased with the measures taken to protect all participants - all materials and models were sanitized in front of you, and physical distancing and safety protocols were followed at all times. I highly recommend Team Lead to anyone seeking CPR and First Aid training!
