(January 26, 2022, 6:11 pm)We have been in our newly built home for nearly a year now . It took approximately 1 year to build our home from start to finuah but it was worth the wait. Sudip at the Walker Summit show home was always eager and available to answer our concerns every step of the way The building process was fun and easy, we loved choosing exactly what we wanted in the home. Brenna was an amazing designer to work with in helping design our home and lightning fast at responding to emails.
Fast forward a year after moving in , Rosie in warranty is easy to contact and quick to respond as well. We have had only very very minor things to be fixed(closet door gaps , etc) but they are always quick to come and take a look and resolve any issues .
Would recommend Morrison to anyone looking to build their dream home. -

(January 20, 2022, 2:02 am)My fiancé and I had looked online at reviews, floor plans, builders, locations for almost a year. On December 14 2019 we decided it was time to pursue a new home. We visited the show home Northside Edmonton and ran into Michelle Neuville. Michelle ended our search 2 hours later by showing us the perfect lot with the perfect house and providing us excellent service. We were done there and didn’t need to visit any other builders or homes.
Throughout the entire process we were able to get keys and visit our home when ever we want ( not the case with other builders ) Michelle especially was extremely accommodating with my constant questions, concerns, changes, and frustration at times.
Due to Covid and hold ups with permits It took from December 22nd 2019 the day we put the sold sign to December 3rd 2020 until we had the keys handed to us.
Now Just over a year later, warranty has ended, couple minor issues that have been resolved and a couple more that are still in the works but never have I had an issue when inquiring to get assistance. I would absolutely recommend the team at Morrison homes as a builder. I could not be happier with the way our home turned out and for an extremely impatient person the wait was worth it.

Their quality and services differ from any other builder. We had the pleasure to work with LIsa Craig and Kristen and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with you decisions. Lisa is always available to help out in any way she can, she has made the whole home buying process, construction and completion smooth and easy on us. Their distinctive style & function in their homes design ais like no other out there. Kudos to all you guys! 11 stars rating!
