(July 19, 2021, 11:03 pm)Linhan is a quality builder that takes their relationship with their clients seriously. To Jim and Mike, their number one priority is ensuring that their client is happy. My wife and I had gone through Jim and Mike to build a garage suite. We had interviewed four builders, and they were above and beyond the best choice. From the beginning, Jim ensured that all my questions were answered, and made sure to educate me on the building process. If my wife and I had questions, Jim and Mike were there to answer everything. They are very transparent. What I really liked most about them is that they come from the trades themselves and that they really are hands on in the build. They ensure that the job is done within budget, and built on time. They are easy going, personable, and knowledgeable. During the build, we found it fairly stress free, and quite easy. And when there was hiccups, they had no problems addressing them without issue. They also involve the clients in the problem solving process. I would not hesitate to go with Linhan in any other future renovation project I plan to complete. The best compliment I could give is that I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends, as I know they would be in extremely good hands. My wife and I are extremely happy with the garage suite that was built.

They also know which subcontractors do the best work. Mike and Jim were responsive and great people to work with. You're never quite sure what you're going to get and a lot of the builders I've come across have had issues and glitches that I've had to clean up the mess for my clients. This has not been the case with them at all.
I first met Linhan when I was searching for a house for my sister. She was looking for an infill builder in the Bonnie doon area. Once I saw the house and the quality of construction, it was an easy recommendation for my sister to go with that build. Then dealing with them throughout the transaction made it even better.
I then actually was connected and sold one of their properties and it was extremely easy to tell potential buyers how great of a quality build they were getting.
Most recently, I needed renovations done on my home and got quotes from a few contractors I have connections with. Linhan was not only the best price, but they also were great to communicate with, and had a quality product. We just finished the basement renovation with them where they did a bedroom and bathroom for us. I look forward to renovating our other bathrooms and the main floor once we have the funds saved up within the next year or two. (October 20, 2020, 4:25 am)Linhan Development did an amazing job on our kitchen renovation. They were responsible for counter tops, backsplash and also some plumbing and electrical job. Job was done quickly and within budget. They were professional and very skilled. The quality of work is outstanding and the entire process was very smooth and transparent. It was pleasure to work with Linhan Development and we are delighted with the result. We would definitely use them again.
