I find the Crossroads staff friendly, inviting, and supportive. When I worked at Crossroads they were always supporting me to learn more and develop myself professionally. My experience being supported as a care provider has been exceptionally positive. Crossroads has always been respectful to my needs as a caregiver and supportive in tough situations.
Whether you are considering accessing services or seeking employment, I highly recommend Crossroads. -

This was reflected in the compassionate and knowledgeable family support workers, skilled admin staff and dedicated foster parents. I would highly recommend Crossroads to anyone considering fostering.

The staff there really care, and everyone working there does their best.
Their agency accreditation is consistently 100% compliant, and they go above and beyond.
Crossroads has both an excellent Foster Care Agency, and a top notch Disability Supports Program for both children and adults.
