Awesome repairman! Checked everything before replacing the pricey part. Very thorough and polite. This company is always a pleasure to deal with. It was Saturday morning on a long weekend when I called and they made it happen. 10 thumbs up!

I've said it before and I'm happy to say it again. I can't imagine any company from any service industry offering better service than Action Furnace. They're use of technology (tracking your technician) and communication (fast response to service requests, text messages with pictures and bios of your technician) combined with the highest quality of service (confident in their knowledge and suggestions for my heating system) are, not only second to none, but MILES AHEAD of ANY company I've experienced in ANY industry. I absolutely love being a member with these guys and, honestly, I think other companies in service industries should do a case study of Action and do anything in their power to adapt their standards and policies. I bought my house 2.5 years ago. Before I moved in I did some work and wanted to get my ducts clean as winter was 2 months away and wanted to make sure everything was good. I called Action and they did just that. I also used their services to get my furnace inspected. This year I used them again. The staff is fantastic to deal with from the folks on the phone to the ones that come into the house and do their work. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Fantastic friendly and caring.

Called them because our furnace quit over night. Called at 8:30am and they were able to come at 11:30am. I was initially scheduled for 12-4, but they called at 11 saying they could come earlier. I like that they text when they are on their way and they tell you who’s coming and there’s a GPS link to their location. Bryce arrived and got straight to work. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what was needed. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
