He took the time to understand what our needs were and was more than patient as we reviewed multiple options. Without his assistance I am not certain we would have found as suitable a location as we did.

(March 14, 2022, 5:33 pm)I worked with Darin Luciow at RE/MAX to secure a lease on a commercial property for my IT business. This was my first time renting a commercial property as I have been looking for something to handle the growth of my company. Darin and RE/MAX were wonderful to work with the whole way through and really helped walk me through the entire process, from negotiating the lease through working with the accountants and lawyers through getting things finalized. Darin even went above and beyond and continued to work with me after the final lease was signed just to make sure I was in touch with my new landlords and that everything was progressing smoothly. I highly recommend Darin and RE/MAX commercial for anyone looking for a commercial property - would happily work with them again.

Not only did Darin find us the perfect space but, he helped us walk away from another space. Darin ensured that we did not overpay for another property and that was what impressed me the most. Darin's number one concern is your well being and not just making a deal. If you are looking to purchase or sell a commercial space I would highly recommend Darin Luciow!
