Been here almost two years and really like it. Issues are dealt with by maintenance and management promptly. Very nice neighbourhood.
Veljka Brattland is our Fantastic Property Manager for Patricia Heights! She really went out of her way to help us move in & get settled :) She is very kind & has a compassion for people! Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. The apartments are adult buildings & very quiet. This is a beautiful area to live! Overlooking the ravine, there are many river valley trails easily accessible for walking, biking, etc. We are very happy here. We would recommend Petwin Properties in Patricia Heights to anyone looking for a quiet corner of the city!
