My mom is stable and doing better. It is all due to your best professional judgements and providing the right care, that she requires.
Thank you very much for your phone consultations otherwise it is an issue for me to bring my mom every couple of weeks by driving 500 kilometres.I appreciate your help and professionalism.
I would also like to say thank you to Joy, without your help it is not possible to receive the timely appointments, sending proscriptions promptly to the pharmacy and then making sure that pharmacy has received the prescriptions.

The admin staff (Sheri Rae in particular) went ABOVE & BEYOND what I would expect anywhere in accommodating my appointments and unique personal situation. I do not hand out complements like this freely, since most people/places use mediocrity as the benchmark for their "version of good customer service".
Sheri and the team were very polite, kind, caring, extremely efficient and went far further than I have seen any other group of professionals go to ensure high quality customer service.
Thank you so much Sheri & staff - you deserve a massive "pat on the back" and have my lasting gratitude !
