(April 11, 2022, 3:36 am)Joe and Jess are the real deal. Great folks selling great products, and working to expand the barbeque community. Their sauces and rubs are among the best available. I'd consider myself an intermediate barbequer, and I found their Intro to BBQ class very informative and a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to step up their backyard cooking game.

(March 21, 2022, 10:40 pm)I have been a fan of this Que Crew for a few years now so when I had the opportunity to take their introductory to BBQ course I jumped on it and let me tell you..I was not disappointed. Not only was there plenty of samples there were some absolutely simple but amazing tips I was able to pick up out of this course. I thought I knew a thing or two about BBQ but if you want to learn things 3 through 300 this is the course to take. It certainly gets your imagination flowing and the easy going atmosphere makes for some great learning. Come have some fun and learn how to turn all your disappointed 4 letter exclamations over BBQing into a great starting point to becoming your own Pit Master. Highly recommend...6 out of 5 stars.

Learning about cuts to prep, flavour development to cook, sides and how to store and re heat leftovers. Great stories from competitions and things you need to know for at home cooks. Education and enjoyable
