The team worked hard during the install. They were professional, communicated any delays, persevered through some unseen challenges, cleaned up their work area at the end of the day, and were overall great to work with. Thank you Adam, for your patience with all the questions, and for going above and beyond with your attention to detail - even after the job was completed. The extra baseboards gave a perfect finishing touch. We are extremely pleased with the results, and our customers are raving about it. (December 11, 2019, 6:01 pm)I hired Floor Coat Inc. to install a polyaspartic coating on my 7 years old garage floor. For personal reasons, I had a tight schedule and asked Roy if he could do the work quickly. He listened to me and understood why that was so important. Once we agreed on the scope and price, I hurried to empty my garage of it's contents (I rented a truck, it was a great idea) and then Roy's team showed up on time.
The prep work is usually the most important part of a job and I watched his crew grind and prep the floor and grade beam, which was very rough in places. They put up poly sheets to cover my workbench and other areas from getting dusted. The guys doing the work were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were great to talk to about the job and that gave me confidence in them immediately. I did a two-colour floor to identify the workshop from the rest of the garage, which was a great idea.
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Every aspect of my dealings with the Floor Coat owners and team was professional and friendly.

Standards that are set in place over decades to ensure that we train a top quality workforce so that we deliver industry leading quality. it is unfortunate that certain individuals with less than 12 hours of work time with us choose this platform to voice their disapproval of us as a company but we understand their frustration in this challenging economy. We are a family and as family we wish them all the best in all they do.
