(March 27, 2022, 5:51 pm)I found the reservation process very efficient and received a call from the Edmonton North location the same day. Kiana was extremely helpful and offered excellent advise on how to best prepare for storing our items in an outside unit. The unit was clean and had pallets to ensure we didn’t have to put things on the cold concrete. Overall exceptional customer service and great faculty. Would definitely recommend anyone needing a storage unit to utilize Sentinel!!

(March 24, 2022, 5:12 pm)The lady working at the Edmonton North branch, Kiana (sorry if not correct spelling) was AMAZING. Very friendly, professional, helpful, everything good. The storage facility was absolutely fine. We have previously stored with U-Haul and everything was stained green from the rodent poison they put out. No issues with our belongings being damaged here.
The only negative I can say is that there was a friend referral promotion at the time. $100 for the person. I mentioned this a handful of times, on the phone and in person when booking and paying. I was told it will take a few weeks to complete. The friend had used the facility before and we used it from October to January. Unfortunately still no sign of the bonus. Would love to get that organized, please. -

(March 2, 2022, 1:59 am)Quick registration process and liked how I didn't have to go to the site to do this, unit was easy to access and had no problems during my period of renting the locker. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I called.

They made things so easy and painless to rent a unit... and it made my moving journey so much smoother. Clean facility, Friendly staff and great service! Will continue to recommend this to anyone who needs storage! Extremely reasonable and affordable.

(January 10, 2022, 6:03 pm)After initially having some very serious issues with them and escalating to senior management, I was able to come to a reasonable deal to settle the debt and clear out my unit.
As I believe that you should share good feedback as often as the negative, I must say that Clayton is amazing customer service personified. He was extremely helpful and kind while I was in the office making final arrangements.
