(September 1, 2017, 6:23 pm)Lisa is the type of massage therapist that anyone can go to. She takes the time every visit to see what you need and not just give you a back massage. Although there are times that she just gives me a nice relaxing massage because it is all I truly want 🙂Lisa is always improving herself and her skills, making every visit better then the last. With her range of knowledge she can give you the most wonderful experience. Love her work and her calm caring manner. Bonus - she always gives you stretches and care info when doing deep muscle release massage. Most helpful in keeping the muscles loose and relaxed after all the hard work.

I love that she is effective, yet gentle, meaning massages aren't painful! (Note: I ask her not to make it painful, if you are looking for a harder/deeper massage I have no doubt she could do it!) Lisa has a very gentle demeanour which makes me feel at ease and I leave feeling rejuvenated and calm.
Throughout my pregnancy Lisa continued to provide massage services for me. She was knowledgable about prenatal massage and I trusted her completely. I had actually gone to a spa specializing in prenatal massage but preferred Lisa to them.
I recommend you try Lisa for a relaxing and effective massage therapy experience.
