(March 8, 2022, 5:27 pm)DRS was on-site within 30 minutes in the middle of the night to manage a failed sump pump. They were responsive and easy to coordinate with after taking my call and it remained that way until all the equipment left my basement days later. Minimal damage was incurred with the response time and all proper reports were provide for insurance without asking.
Would call again (but hopefully don't have to). -

(January 5, 2022, 3:14 pm)We had an unfortunate basement sewer backup a few weeks before Christmas. Delnor restoration attended promptly and and began the emergency clean up phase. The Project Manager Tyler was very knowledgable and helpful, and provided good leadership to the crew. The crew was efficient, polite and courteous. Overall we had a great experience with this company as they helped us navigate this stressful event for homeowners.

(October 15, 2021, 4:35 pm)We had a water leak in our kitchen a few weeks ago. We reported it to our insurance provider on that Friday evening and Delnor Restoration showed up within an hour the same day.
Delnor made us feel like we were a priority to them and that they wanted to help us get the kitchen cleaned up and back to the original state ASAP. There was always clear and frequent communication between Byron MacLean the Project Manager and myself throughout the entire Emergency and Rebuild process.
The Lead Technicians (Hunter and Byron D.) that first came to the house for the Emergency work were both incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. They gave us thorough details about the work they had complete to dry everything out. They were both very clean- wearing disposable shoe covers inside, masks due to Covid, and left a very clean work site after removing the wet damaged flooring, baseboards, and trim from the kitchen. Although having 3 air blowers and 1 dehumidifier in any space is never pleasant- Hunter and Byron D. both worked quickly and efficiently which made the entire Emergency work flow seamlessly with very minimal impact to us.
Although I hope to never have a water claim again, if I do, I would absolutely call Delnor back in a heartbeat.
