(April 14, 2022, 4:02 pm)Recently did a First Aid course with Brennen G. He definitely knew what he was talking about and made an otherwise dry and boring course pretty entertaining. He was really engaged with the classroom and told stories about his experiences. Some tangents may have been a little long but at least they weren't boring. I would recommend doing your course here, and with him instructing!

(April 14, 2022, 3:13 pm)Huge shout out to Instructor BrennenG . I have been taking FirstAid for Many years from several training centers and I have to say Brennen’s Course is the best so far. His vast EMT experience made the course flow smoothly and efficiently , I hardly noticed the time of day. Never boring nor repetitive. Five stars to you Brennen. John McLellan

(April 10, 2022, 12:37 am)This was my second time taking this course at this location and I was very impressed both times. My teacher this time, Brennen, really knew his stuff and seemed passionate about his job. He stopped frequently to ask us if we understood the lessons being taught and was very friendly to everyone. If you want to make sure you walk out of that class with life saving confidence, then I'd ask for Brennon as your teacher. 11/10 would do again.

(March 4, 2022, 9:14 pm)I wish I could give Western Canada Fire & First aid 5 stars . David the instructor was wonderful during my emergency first aid course. He was warm and friendly and knowledgeable. My main complaint was Wendy Kincaid who was at the front desk. She misspelled my name (not a big deal it happened to another woman ) but when David asked her to fix it, she signed loudly and said in an annoyed tone “what’s the problem?” Then when he explained the problem she said “that’s why I tell the instructors to tell you guys to print clearly “ and when I said “he did and I did print clearly I wouldn’t blame the instructor for your mistake. You can pull the sheet out I know how to spell my name ” she glared at me very rudely and then went “it’s not a problem “ when it was finished she threw the card towards me . I wouldn’t go back there , she was a complete nightmare. Sorry it was her own mistake .
