Their professional and practical opinion on a variety of matters helped us in our decision making process. We were able to sell our condo within a couple of months and concurrently found our new home in a great neighbourhood and a location that suits us really well. Also, Faye and Stephen are not only passionate about their work but also know tradespeople and companies that provide quality customer service to their clients.

After a few discussion on what was wanted they had a list ready to go and had very well organized viewing days. In the end they found us the perfect home. My wife and I had a long list of must haves and we weren’t certain that they could be met. But Stephen came through and found the perfect home. I highly recommend his services not only as an agent but also as someone with amazing contacts. Stephen was able to introduce us to excellent banking staff and contractors. Our original mortgage broker didn’t have the experience to deal with our complex financial situation. Thankfully Stephen’s banking contacts made the process easy and stress free.

(December 30, 2021, 8:35 pm)I did something I never thought I would do. We bought a home sight unseen during the pandemic with Stephen and his wife, Faye’s, help. Stephen was fantastic and helped us to learn more about the different areas in Edmonton, the schools, and future road construction. Stephen was flexible as we learned more about what we wanted. They also took lots of pictures and took videos of houses we were interested in which really helped because the pictures on realtor sights are wide angled and do not show everything. They went above and beyond and helped us to understand the purchase process. In the end, we got an excellent deal on a house in a beautiful neighborhood which was better then we expected. I can’t say enough about Stephen, I highly recommend him.
