Each team member I’ve encountered has been friendly and quick to offer their assistance. The common/public areas are kept in great condition and very clean at all times. The staff take pride in their work and it definitely shows. Larissa, the property manager, is a pleasure to deal with. She ensured the application process was smooth. Kindly took her time during the viewing to explain the unit, building, and surrounding amenities. Any question I threw her way was efficiently answered in a timely manner. Larissa’s positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills have helped to ease my relocation.

(February 10, 2021, 8:13 pm)excellent apartments, pet friendly, excellent maintenance, quiet, clean, the manager is very attentive, is available for whatever you need. Just because a bigger and cheaper house came out, I left. otherwise I would have stayed in the building. recommended 100%

(August 7, 2020, 12:14 am)I love this apartment! I have lived here over two years now and it's been an amazing experience. It's very well maintained, and has great management. It's also in a very safe neighborhood and dog friendly! I would definitely recommend! 😊
