We met with multiple companies, discussed options, styles and pricing. Initially we were looking at having everything done by the pool companies, after reviewing pricing and details we started to explore doing the installation ourselves. At this point it became very clear we wanted to do business with Park Pools, Eli was so helpful and had no problem being transparent about the costs for specific products and services. Park pools was willing to provide whatever products and installation services we chose. Beyond that Eli took so much time to share his expertise and educate us on the installation process, he offered to provide us with one of his pool foreman to help us with the installation. As the project started Park Pools was with us every step of the way and always came through with whatever we needed. We had pool set in 2 days, and all installation and set up took a total of 10 days. This transparency and helpfulness is why we went with Park Pools, the entire team there is wonderful and all went above and beyond. If like us, you want to use some sweat equity on your pool project can’t recommend them enough and if you would want them to handle everything I am sure you would not be disappointed! (April 19, 2021, 11:43 pm)Eli, the owner, is very professional and pays attention to all the detail. He was present when they delivered the pool and came for the final inspection. Eli made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our pool and it was a very positive experience.

We all, including our adult children and grandchildren, had a wonderful experience swimming and enjoying the long, warm, summer days in Edmonton. We worked out an arrangement with Park Pools wherein we were able to take on some of the work ourselves, to save on the total cost. We are very happy with our decision to both purchase our pool from Park Pools, including delivery and installation, and to do some of the work (in our case, plumbing, lights, concrete, slide and diving board installation) on our own.
