I've never written a review before, but my wife and I decided that it was worth mentioning that we had an overall good experience with our delivery.
Initially there were issues, however, after speaking with the manager James, we received our freight without issue or delay. Home Depot was not willing to accommodate us, but when we were transfered to the manager at All Canadian he worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of. We were in contact well into the evening, and James garanteed us that we would have our delivery the next morning and they absolutely did. It is refreshing to have an employee of a large company let alone to get a manager who would go so far above and beyond for customer service.
We would have given 5 stars if our experience didn't start off so rocky. Keep up the great work, and thanks again for working so hard to get us our shipment.
