    Our 1st -15 in Edmonton and my furnace is not working. I called Pro Plumbing and within 5 min, I received confirmation that a technician would be at my house in less then 2hrs. Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Prompt response from Pro Plumbing, excellent customer service with great values. They care about their customers and all the concerns you might have. Highly recommend.

    I had another great experience working with Pro Plumbing - the prices were fair, the staff was friendly and professional, and most importantly, the work was top notch. I haven't had any issues with the work that I had done. I would definitely recommend Pro Plumbing & Heating.

    Great experience. Very good at communication and follow up. Went above and beyond to address some issues in my old, sometimes weird, plumbing. Up front with pricing and good at communicating throughout the process.
