As you can imagine, there was some emotion associated with letting go of this property. He handled the listing with professionalism and, yet, a friendliness and honesty that immediately garnered trust and served to put us at ease. He was diligent. He kept us informed. He worked hard as intermediary between us and the people who eventually purchased this property, treating both parties with fairness and openness and serving our independent and mutual interests. As a result of this experience, I have no problem whatsoever in recommending Chris as the realtor to whom you should turn without hesitation when selling (or buying)!
