(March 30, 2022, 3:58 am)This place is always busy, especially in the afternoons. As a walk-in customer, I appreciate them prioritizing us over the Uber drivers. Lots of staff, but seems to have a fairly high turnover. I go there about a few times a month and always seem to see new people being trained. Over the past couple of years during the pandemic, their services have been fairly confusing. On Google, it would sometimes say they are open for walk-ins, but as I come in, I would be greeted by a sign on the door that says otherwise. Other times it would be the opposite. Fairly small space too, so I want to understand that they would want to limit the people coming in and out for their safety, I would just appreciate more consistency.
Also want to quickly comment on the cleanliness of the dining area. Would suggest someone making a quick wipe of tables, the ordering system in front of the tills, and the waiting area for customers and Uber drivers, once every 30 minutes or so.
When I order using the UberEats app, this location is more often than not a few minutes late when it comes to getting their orders done. I often see Uber drivers on the app waiting up to 20 minutes, waiting for my order.
I truly wish the best for this small-space restaurant though. Hope they keep training people to the best of their abilities, that way, the speed and efficiency of orders would also be more consistent. -
